Finally out of Iowa. But it was not easy to finish, more rolling hills...climbed another 3,000 ft over the course of the ride. Good thing wind wasn't really a factor today and finally it didn't rain.
Swung by the Creighton University SigEp house and met a brother there! I thought the house was going to be empty but luckily someone was around to show me the house. The seem to have a great chapter out here as well. Huge house too I think it was four floors up.
Listened to The Complete Weekend on the Rocks DMB album today. It was fantastic, definitely a clutch download before getting back on the road.
My sister Carolynn is flying into Omaha this afternoon and taking over the sag vehicle for about a week to give my Mom a break. My mom has been driving since Morgantown and she's been fantastic!! Time to bike through the land of the Corn-huskers. Here we go.
